How
do I uninstall eXact’s software?
If you are not running an adware
removal product
- Go to your Start menu in the bottom left
corner of your screen
- Select either Settings\Control Panel,
or just Control Panel
- Select Add/Remove Programs
- Find the product (see above names), and
choose “Remove”
If you are running an adware
removal product
You should
stop using the adware removal product to uninstall our software,
as most of these products do not completely or properly remove
our software. The most effective way to uninstall our product
and any other legitimate piece of software is via the Add/Remove
Programs function of Windows. If not uninstalled via "Add/Remove,"
eXact software may not fully uninstall.
- Go to your Start menu in the bottom left corner
of your screen
- Select either Settings\Control Panel, or just
Control Panel
- Select Add/Remove Programs
- Find the relevant product name and choose
“Remove”
